Location

Our area of the Chichester Harbour AONB lies to the west of the built-up area of Emsworth south of the A259 and A27, east of the Shipwrights Way (part of the Hayling Billy Trail)and the A3023 to Langstone Bridge.

The area is principally dairy and arable farmland, dissected by footpaths and lanes with  woodland and ponds. It includes areas of historical and archaeological interest, two Havant Borough Council conservation areas, Langstone and Warbington, and shares many of the attributes of the remainder of Chichester Harbour AONB one the few remaining undeveloped coastal areas in Southern England.

With a high amenity value the it is much used and valued by local residents for their recreation.
